No sleep for me
I want to be awake and dream
I want to be awake and live out my desires
No sleep for me
I want to act out my dreams
Not wait till sleep
Dreams need not be perfect
Just realized
No sleep for me
No REM in my stream
I want to go higher
No sleep for me
I want light to be my beam
I want to be awake up a mountain steep
I want to be fully realized

Nice piece of poetry! When I acknowledged sleep’s inevitableness, I made the best of it by implementing its revelation of the subconscious into my “realization plan”. Slightly exaggerating: 5 minutes of jotting down your dreams in the morning are more worth than 5 hours of meditation later on for the sake of revealing latent ideas and wishes. Best regards 🙂

So lyrical! This is a song that could’ve be sung by Joey Ramone. Amazing. I love it.
