Good morning. Hey there. Happy monday. How’s it going? The pattern. How are ya? But! How are you? Really? Who wants to know? Do you really want to know?
How are you?
What’s weighing you down?
What’s lifting you up?
What are your worries?
What riddles you with anxiety?
What punctures your comfort?
Where do you want to be?
What do you wish for?
What will ease your mind?
What will soothe your heart?
What can I do to help?

I got down to the last line – What can I do to help? – and the answer is: if you like mainstream novels, try my book.
When I have readers, I am up, pumped to continue working on the second novel in the trilogy, raring to write the next scene, to do the hard work of making it good.
When I don’t (often for those of us who put years into writing a book), I’m dimmed, less responsive.
But I have no control – so I try to insulate myself.
But if you ASK, it’s on Amazon under my full name, and I recommend reading some of the long good reviews.

My physical health is weighing me down, but self-care and decluttering are lifting me up. Hope you’re hanging in there. 🙂

I’m working on changing habits and making positive things manifest. Today is an ok day but I’ll take it to the alternative. Thank you for asking
