Currently, I have yet again, a sinus infection. It’s not my first. It won’t be my last. I tend to get sinus infection two to four times a year. Besides the pain, I also hate antibiotics. Right now my head is throbbing as I look down at the keyboard. Yet, I love spring! See, I tend to get sinus infections during the spring. However, spring is a wonderful season to experience on the east coast.
Renewal. Rejuvenation. Re-energize. It’s time to kick the winter blues away and take in a sense of rejuvenation. Bring out the pastels. Tap into your sense of optimism. Yes, the world around us is shattered and fraying. Yet, we can restore our energy and put on new lens from which to view the world.
I’m a spring baby. I take ownership of spring. I try to live it. Breathe it. The major challenge is circumventing the negative people who stay stuck in that mode and who even going into overdrive. If I could I’d walk around with a clear boundary of 6 feet all- around me that stops the negative vibes from coming at me. Maybe I can write to Elon Musk and see if such a thing can be created.
Enjoy the beginning of spring. May it be bountiful.

I also have chronic sinus infections; I don’t have allergies, but it’s rather that my nose was broken as a child, and healed in just the “right” way for things to go haywire… But I can feel your pain. Literally. I’ve had throbbing migraines for the past week, too.
