This was the happiest she had felt in decades. Even her t-shirt had the word “happy” on it. She had been sad for so long that she needed to proclaim, for the world to see, her full scale happiness.
This was bliss. All the past pills, jobs, friends, puppies had not brought this level of happiness. She walked around touching each stone. She then smeared her blood on each as she walked back. She was marking her territory. She then pulled the blood from the bucket emptying it onto the walkways.
In bliss they stood.
