These days it seems that everyone is trying to test one. Throw random things out and see where they land. It’s easy to fall into a pattern of trying to catch or dodge the random items thrown at one. If you try to dodge and catch very often your energy can be depleted. I most certainly don’t want to be depleted energy-wise because of silly manipulative machinations.
Because I’m committed to conserving and redirecting my energy, I have come to the realization that not every situation needs my attention. Not every situation needs me to react.
