Not every situation needs my reaction

These days it seems that everyone is trying to test one. Throw random things out and see where they land. It’s easy to fall into a pattern of trying to catch or dodge the random items thrown at one. If you try to dodge and catch very often your energy can be depleted. I most certainly don’t want to be depleted energy-wise because of silly manipulative machinations.

Because I’m committed to conserving and redirecting my energy, I have come to the realization that not every situation needs my attention. Not every situation needs me to react.
