Some people feel the rain, others get wet

Try to feel in the moment. Don’t just go through the motions. It’s so important to connect with your space. Your air. Your mind.

I have repeatedly noted that I love jumping in puddles during a rainstorm. I find that to be one of the most fun things one can do as both a kid and adult. The reason I enjoy it so much is because, when I jump in puddles, I cannot stop laughing. I feel the rain. I smell it. I don’t just get wet. I don’t worry about getting wet. Well, I don’t want to catch a cold. But you get what I mean. I think.

Spring is near. Well. We are in a meteorological spring already. With spring comes showers that lead to blossoming and bloom. I’m ready to jump and sing in the rain. Honestly, I need it. I think many of us do. We are at a point in time where people’s hearts are racing. But not in a good way. We are at a point in time where many are getting worry lines. We are at a point in time when love is fighting hard against hate. We need some rain -but only if we allow ourselves to feel it.

  1. Love this post! I always loved feeling the rain and playing in it as a child. I am definitely ready to dance in it this year. You are right. We all need that wonderful happy feeling.
