It doesn’t stop
It just keeps going like a freight train on steroids
It picks up speed
And never lets up
It’s relentless
The trenches built in deep
The veins hardened with no relief
Tonight
Let’s go before the train stops
Let’s wipe those tears away
And, it’s true we must rush to live
But let’s set the course
Don’t let them fool you
Each day can be a lifetime
Move to live it fully
And don’t fall for the speed traps
