What does your travel eye see when you are filled with wonder?
As you travel about you and snap photos from every angle, what does your eye take in?
What does your mind take in? So many things stay in our periphery but we should strive to bring them to the forefront of our experiences, Have you ever taken a series of photos and then stop to look at them and revisit the scene with a new lens? your own, that is.
What I love most about revisiting photos is seeing what bits of images were caught as they passed through other items.
The layering of images upon one another can lead to some interesting effects and memories.
Ah, to dream,, reflect and see double and triple layers to our experiences

I have no idea what the first two shots are, but they are intriguing yet my favorite are the “shots within shots.” Those are pretty wild!

Especially when traveling to old cities where the architecture tells it’s own stories and the people alive and active in that modern moment tell another, it’s truly easy to layer images, thoughts, and stories in one shot. I think that’s why travelers love these experiences and drink them up like a complex liqueur.
