The look of love: You are my vintage bubbly champagne

The look of love: You are my vintage bubbly champagne

When your world is full of strange arrangements
And gravity won’t pull you through
I turn to the look of love in your eyes

You ventured out with wide knowing eyes
That sharply pierced through the veil of pain
I was baptized in love’s grand glorious prize
For that dark, dark mane reeled me into your reign

No looking back
All was new
No looking back
Purpose strong like bamboo

Love is free from disguise
There are no fevered drops of mundane
True laughter dampens the cries
You are a golden, sparkling champagne

Moving forward
The beating heart is rooted
Moving forward
My love for you is ever-lastingly fluted

You are my vintage bubbly champagne

luka in awe

  1. I love that song, I love this poem, and your vintage bubbly champagne is adorable.

    Love is free from disguise
There are no fevered drops of mundane
    True laughter dampens the cries
You are a golden, sparkling champagne
    (Just love that!)

Great take on the Daily Post.
