Describe your ideal week.
I could easily say that my ideal week is one in which I don’t have to make 250 decisions, climb 100 steps, but can yet lose 5 pounds. I could say that. But I am also a practical person and know that no such perfection will occur.
Here is ideally what an ideal week will entail: the maintenance of hope. Without hope as an anchor, it would be impossible to get through the week. I need hope to sustain me. It’s nourishment. When hope drops and falls in one area, my hope is that hope again rises in a different area.

Hope was my downfall. Once I stopped hoping and longing for improvement, I was able to accept and move on. It shows how we’re all different.
