Do you see yourself as a leader?
I am a leader. The head. A driver of change. For some, my fierceness as a leader is a bit too radical. I don’t like being static. I don’t like boredom.
I also like to find and activate people’s glimmers. What is a glimmer? Well, it is the opposite of a trigger. A glimmer is a spark that occurs in a moment. It’s a bit of hope, joy, and movement.
A leader will look for those glimmers. Look for laughs. Look for pinpoints of joy.
