In today’s installment of “Seriously, What’s Going On?”, a UFO in New Jersey has been slapped with a parking ticket. Yes, you read that correctly. Not even extraterrestrials are safe from the wrath of meter maids.
Picture this: a quiet evening in Hoboken, suddenly interrupted by a shimmering saucer descending into a no-parking zone. As bewildered onlookers whipped out their phones, documenting what could be the greatest alien encounter since E.T. phoned home, a lone parking enforcement officer sauntered up, ticket book in hand.
You’ve got to admire the dedication. No intergalactic diplomatic immunity here. The ticket, neatly tucked under a protruding antenna, cited the UFO for illegal parking and, wait for it, an expired inspection sticker. Talk about adding insult to alien injury.
As the crowd gathered, debates raged. Was this an alien tourist just trying to grab a slice of New York pizza? A scout for an upcoming invasion who just happened to mess up the parking meter? Or maybe, just maybe, an advanced being struggling to navigate the Byzantine labyrinth of Hoboken’s parking regulations?
The aliens, understandably, didn’t stick around for the debate. They zipped off into the night sky, ticket and all, leaving us Earthlings to ponder the sheer absurdity of it all. But not before a tow truck arrived, scratching its hydraulic head and probably questioning its life choices.
This whole episode serves as a hilarious reminder that no one, not even visitors from a distant galaxy, can escape the mundane annoyances of everyday life on Earth. So, the next time you’re grumbling about a parking ticket, just remember: even aliens aren’t exempt from the nitpicky nuances of urban parking.
Here’s to a week filled with laughter, and may your parking spots always be legal! Now, what is the reality of this all?

‘Foreign’ can mean ‘not of this country’ (such as a Canadian license plate), as well as ‘not of this world.
Foreigners of all kinds should not park where it is clearly marked not to. Duh!
