I feel like I may have said this before. I feel like I have written a 1,001 variations on this theme. I feel like I should really adhere to this sound advice. Look, try the best that you can to surround yourself with people who push you to do better. You should not only surround yourself with people who will motivate you to your best self, but you should be such a person for others.
Complacency is not a good look and it’s laziness all around. People who just want to coast or satisfice are not my cup of tea. I won’t automatically dislike someone for said conplacent attributes. I just wouldn’t want them in my BFF squad.

Well said. There is nothing to gain from stagnancy. In life and in relationships.
