Cue the music, flash the lights, and someone hand me a slice of cake — it’s my birthday and my birthday month! 
Yes, I’m celebrating, and no, you absolutely cannot contain me.

What’s wrong with being confident anyway? 
We spend so much of our lives being told to tone it down, blend in, stay small. 
Not today, my friends. Not this month. Not ever again.

I’m here, I’m singing, dancing, tapping my feet, snapping my fingers — living proof that surviving, thriving, dreaming, and doing deserve their own soundtrack. 
This is not a moment for modest applause; this is a standing-ovation, fireworks-go-off, “main character energy” kind of moment. 
I am bringing it.

And why shouldn’t we? 
Each year around the sun deserves its own parade. 
Each breath, each step, each laugh, each scar, each triumph — they all add up to something worth celebrating. 
If you made it here, you earned your spotlight.

So here I am, raising a metaphorical (and possibly literal) glittery glass to myself and to all of you who dare to celebrate your existence out loud.
