Who do you spend the most time with?
I wish the person I spent the most time with was my son. Sadly, that is not the case. I do spend a lot of time with my dog. That is immensely fun and soothing. And, when he’s going crazy barking at the deer, it is frustrating.
Honestly, though, I spend the most time with myself. Me, myself, and me. I am the constant throughout the day. It’s both comforting and disconcerting.
Someone told me the other day I am a social person who enjoys alone time. I need to be around others. However, I need my time away from others. Specifically, I need to be away from leeches, narcissists, and needy people. I suppose everyone needs a quota of each for the day. The week, even.
I spend a lot of time with myself in the void. It’s one virtual meeting after another. At times, I get tired of myself. I want others to speak. I wonder what would happen if I just muted myself for a day? I think it’s worth a try.

To be alone it’s the story of my life, however it took me sometime to figure up to be happy by myself, now the idea to be with someone, frankly does not even appeal to me! 😏😉🤷♂️

It’s an age thing, the ability to process others is deminishing, while the time needed to process our own sh… does increase.

Because the leeches, narcissists, and needy are so pervasive these days, being alone seems like a wonderful reprieve. Thank you for swinging by the “Ranch,” we 💙 visitors.
