Every morning, like clockwork, my middle pup stakes out the sun spot.
You know the one — that little slice of golden warmth on the rug between the hours of 9:00 and 10:15.
And every morning, he lies in it like he discovered electricity.
He doesn’t care that the rest of the room is cold. He doesn’t care that he has to move ten minutes later when the sun shifts. He just takes the win.
Truth: Stop chasing perfect. Sit in the sun spot when it’s there. Soak it up. That tiny moment of joy? It’s enough.
