What are you most proud of in your life?
In the tapestry of life’s grand design,
Many threads weave a story of mine.
I’ve sailed through some strife,
And celebrated my life,
With pride in the moments that shine.
I’m proud of my journey, so wild,
Through twists and turns, I’ve compiled.
Life’s chapters I’ve penned,
And I’ll do it again,
With a wink and a grin, I’ve smiled.
But what makes me beam from inside?
The young man I’ve watched by my side,
My son, brave and true,
Though tested, he grew,
In his shadow, my heart opens wide.
I’m proud of those souls I’ve mentored,
Their paths and their dreams I’ve centered.
With wisdom to share,
I’ll be there, always care,
In their quests, their joys, and adventures.
And when I, too, needed a hand,
I reached out and found strength to stand.
Seeking help, it’s no shame,
A part of life’s game,
In vulnerability, we truly expand.
My mom, who toiled and sacrificed much,
Her love, her touch, her steadfast clutch,
I’m proud to have made her proud,
For her dreams and hopes, I vowed,
In gratitude, her spirit I’ll clutch.
Cruise trivia contests, I’ve won,
With knowledge as bright as the sun.
Sailing the seven seas,
I’ve captured the breeze,
And collected the victories one by one.
My loyal squad of friends, oh so dear,
Through laughter and tears, they’re always near.
In good times and strife,
They’re my compass in life,
And I’m grateful for friends like them, it’s clear.
Being non-judgmental, that’s key,
In the realm of friendship, it’s me.
I stand by your side,
Through the highs and the tides,
With empathy, where hearts roam free.
Spicy, fiery, funny, and caring,
A blend of emotions, no need for declaring.
In the symphony of life’s song,
I dance along,
A spirited heart, always sharing.
And loyalty, a virtue so grand,
A bond that I’ll cherish, understand.
I honor it, true,
With a resolute view,
A promise to forever withstand.
But I’m not too proud to self-reflect,
To introspect and correct, intersect.
In this journey of mine,
I’ll continue to shine,
With humility and love, I’ll connect.
So, what am I most proud of, you see?
It’s the mosaic of moments that make me me.
My journey, my kin,
The battles I win,
In authenticity, I find my glee.
