Take me to the future in a zeptosecond

I do rather love Buzzfeed quizzes. I can no longer keep track of how many I do a day. I do wonder if there is a support group for those of us who rather complete a Buzzfeed quiz than deal with basic people. But then again, is there really support group needed for that? I mean, isn’t that the more sane choice in this world anyway?

Let me, however, stop my digression as I am in a bit of a hurry today and need to still eat my toast.

On a recent Buzzfeed quiz, one of the questions that I had to answer in order to determine what type of cheese I am was whether I rather travel to the future or go back in time. That was a no-brainer for me and I was able to answer that question in a nanosecond. Or maybe shorter than that. Is that even possible? Why yes it is. Did you know about the zeptosecond? It is a trillionth of a billionth of a second. Basically about how long you have to order your egg sandwich at a New York City deli counter.   No joke.   Speaking of which, I still need to get to that toast.

Without hesitation, I picked the option to travel to the future.   The past is history and history has passed. I have books, cinema and imagination to think of how things may have been.   We still have architecture that reminds us how people used to live.  All those domed roofs existed for a reason.

But I don’t think many could have predicted in the early 1900s where would we are today. It seems to me that imagination can help fill in those holes from what we know in the past. But our collective imagination these days bay be rather limited. I need to see how it turns out. That would be divine.
