What are you doing this evening?
If a random person were to ask me how I’m doing tonight, I might have to answer, “I don’t know.” I don’t believe that many of us know how to answer such a question. We are conditioned to answer politely or positively. Yet, in actuality, we don’t know how we are doing. We have to do a check-in with ourselves. We don’t know how to universally check in with ourselves. We are, at times, defensive even when it is ourselves checking in. That can not be. Shouldn’t be.
