What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?
I’m going to say something and then backtrack. I’m so lucky to have been to eat so many different cuisines and to have tasted so many great dishes. And, these great dishes have been from across the United States and many countries. I’ve been blessed that way.
I wasn’t always blessed this way. Well, it’s more that growing up on poverty, I didn’t have wide access to a myriad of restaurants and opportunities to try new cuisines through travel.
What I did have was my mom’s corned beef dish. It was simple yet tasty. It was warm and heartwarming. I miss that dish. I myself have cooked it on occassion. But it has been years. I’m getting thst nostalgia feeling. Maybe it’s time to dust off that apron

I think what makes me like corned beef so much is that I only make it once a year (St. Patrick’s Day).
