Happy lunar new year! It is the year of the tiger. I find myself humming to Survivor’s Eye of the Tiger song. The tiger is commonly associated with something like bravery, courage and strength. The tiger can also be viewed as an uplifting animal that can give people hope.

Further, it’s the year of the water tiger which also represents strength in the arts, technology and design sector. Sounds like fun!

Also, for those of us born in the year of the rat, this will supposedly be a peaceful year. Considering all the turmoil of the past year, I am looking forward to my rat peacefully coexisting with the tiger. While my word of the year is “joy”, peace is a close second. I want peace of mind, peace of heart, and peace of general well-being. I want to flush out of my system toxic people.

Today I look forward to peace being a part of my joy path.
