Dogs or cats?
Dogs rule. I think I have made that pronuncement three times this week. I may state it a few more times before the week ends.
I have always felt that way. I actually grew up with cats, but I was and still am severely allergic to cats. My dogs never caused me any problems. Hence, my natural affinity for dogs was enhanced by my own health issues.
Fast forward to this week when I’ve been in pain, and my dog has been right there by my side, keeping me warm. My sweet, sweet puppy. He’s eight years old, but he will always be my puppy. The same way that I will always refer to my son as my baby.

My dog is my comfort and snuggles next to me frequently. A blessing for sure.
