In the fall and spring, morning walks in NYC can be quite hectic. In the summer, instead of so many suits, you catch glimpses of runners running on by. You catch a moment, or two of doggies being walked around the block. You also do see children running to or away from summer camp. Ah, the summer.

It’s all a bit of a mental break – a reprieve – from the usual more chaotic hustle and bustle. As for myself, you’ll find me walking the dog, walking for exercise, and walking to work. I’m relishing getting my steps in and bringing calmness to my being while raising my heart rate.
