100 words describe my Latina morning walk to exercise my legs, eyes and belief-systems

The last trip to my ancestral land of Puerto Rico was fraught with trepidation and massive preparation to prove myself. Once there I was “on” continuously. My mind switched languages and meaning repeatedly. I wondered if my sports bra was obscene. I walked the beach at sunrise everyday to exercise my legs, eyes and belief-systems. I soaked in all the debris, waves and family-scenes. I looked for meaning amongst the sadly strewn garbage-as I am always a nerd. I rubbed the sand to feel the grains that are part of my DNA. This is my history even back in NY.
