There is nothing
Nothing
Nothing at all
The pained breathing
Deafening
Then it is still
This boiled calm
Haunting
An unforgiving mill
There is nothing
Nothing
Nothing left at all

Even in nothing there is something. Nothing-ness in Taoism, is a perfect state, but it can be perceived as something far more threatening in the real world. I like the state of dreaming with nothing coming in or going out, it’s where most of my ideas come from.
Your poem captures that question of ‘What does it mean?’ and asks that we seek a deeper meaning.
