Trembling hands turn the doorknobs
Shaky legs push on through the heavy doors
Glistening eyes narrow their focus
The heavenly light beaming onto the floor
Underground the moisture pushes forth
The corner light radiates deeply into the pores
The dark passageway bleeding droplets of light
The mystery steeped curves beckon
Inside we gingerly and hushedly step
Not knowing what comes next
Yet holding tightly onto hope
Inspired by photography challenge: inside
I love the first and last shot but understand the meaning of the middle one, hehe…
