When I started keeping this blog, I was a bit hesitant as to what the reception would be. I wondered would anyone read the posts. I wondered whether I would just be writing for myself. It took me a while to get my writing footing. I was ecstatic when I received my first Fresh Pressed notification. At this point I have been fortunate to have four posts receive such a recognition.
Fresh Pressed Articles (in the order in which they were written)
The Psychology of Constructive Feedback and Exit Interviews: Nobody Really Cares
Middle Earth Workplaces: The Perils and Psychology of Over-Inflated Job Titles
The Psychology of Workplace Dynamics: It’s ok to be a phony, as long as it is authentic
The psychology of angry workplace staff: it’s like an old school tennis match
I have also been quite fortunate to develop a great readership pool and WordPress camaraderie. Below I note the peer-driven award nominations I have received and written about.
The Lighthouse Award
As a Puerto Rican who loves lighthouses I am excited to be nominated for the Lighthouse Award
The Best Moment Award
The Best Moment Award: Living for the Now and for Mom’s Penguin Stories
Spirit Award
I really like your philosophy quote from Douglas Adams MiMi!
