She walked for hours looking for the perfect spot where she could just hide from the world and be free. She didn’t want to be near phony people anymore. It seemed these days there was no escape from fake laughter, pointed barbs and an odd need to be near each other despite not liking one another. These chains ,while heavy and seemingly barbaric against the beauty of the sand, meant she could hide, think and dream between the mossy rocks. Someday she would make it to that far away side where she could be enveloped within the waves of truths.
