I don’t know who needs to hear this. I don’t know who needs to repeat this over and over again. Here’s the deal. I bring too much to the table to be treated like a napkin. I have earned a seat at the table. I am full of ideas, opinions that more often than not are informed, and I bring a quick wit. I’m not a napkin. I’m not there to just clean up. I’m not there to be cast aside crumbled and torn. Self-worth can’t be undersold.
