Today there is no snark. No sadness. No complaints. Just gratitude for what I have, including the great people who are my bedrock. I’ve made some good friends this year. I’ve been to some interesting places. I’ve had a variety of great bread pudding. I left ugliness behind. Found warmth in new places. It wasn’t all light and wonderful. But I found a new mission. Meanwhile, my awesome son only got more wonderful. And, every day I am grateful for having him in my life.
To all I wish a day filled with joy, warmth and great apple cider.
